proper amount of weight and number of reps, how long to rest between
sets, and how to avoid injury. With this expert knowledge, you値l get
more from every workout and make steady progress towards your goals! The
focus of your first session is to set up your program. You and your
trainer will discuss your goals and assess your current fitness level.
Your trainer will then lead you through an intense workout including an
introduction to cardio and core exercises. Your
trainer will start by reviewing your individualized program. We値l also give you in a nutrition program.
